(1) In the process of coating production, only a small amount of rust and oil stains adhered to the surface of the workpiece are generated when the workpiece is pre-treated. The whole production is carried out in a closed cycle process. The water in the coating liquid is mainly discharged to the outside during curing, so there is no pollution to the outside world.
(2) Strong corrosion resistance. Generally, the thickness of Dacro coating is 3 ~ 5μm for the first coating and 6 ~ 10μm for the second coating. According to statistics, under the standard salt spray test, Dacro coating consumes 1μm per 100h, and electrogalvanizing coating consumes 1μm per 10h, so the salt spray erosion resistance of Dacro coating, under the same coating thickness, is the corrosion resistance of electroplating 7 ~ 10 times. Well made Dacro coating, salt spray erosion resistance can reach more than 1000h.
(3) High permeability. Dacro COATING IS water SOLUBLE, SO it is very permeable, can form a coating in the small gap, its deep coating ability is far better than electroplating. In contrast to electroplating, it is difficult to electroplate the inner wall of a small hole, but it can be coated very well when DACro is coated. Some people have done the test, the tightened spring after dacrol treatment, released after the salt spray test, the salt spray test time can still reach more than 240h, indicating that the dacrol coating liquid has penetrated into the gap of the close combination.
(4) No hydrogen embrittlement. A characteristic of the Dacro treatment is that the workpiece is not pickled during the pre-treatment. Hydrogen embrittulation is the drawback that the traditional electrogalvanizing process can not be completely overcome. Because the Dacro process does not pickling the workpiece, it can avoid the erosion of the steel matrix by hydrogen ions. Therefore, the Dacro coating is especially suitable for the surface anti-corrosion protection of 6 ~ 1000N/mm2 high strength bolts and springs.
(5) High adhesion. The coating of Dacro after high temperature baking, on the surface of the workpiece formed by zinc, aluminum and composite salt coating, it has good binding force with the steel matrix, so its adhesion is quite good. At the same time, the coating surface formed in this way is conducive to the re-coating of various coatings.
(6) Excellent heat resistance. Dacro coating is formed at the temperature of 300℃ or so, so it can work in high temperature conditions for a long time, the color of the coating does not change, heat resistance and corrosion is very good.
(7) Better weather resistance. Dacro can withstand the erosion of sulfur dioxide, acid rain, soot and dust under a certain layer thickness. It's used in municipal engineering. It has been tested that its SO2 resistance test can be up to 3 weeks, in addition, it also has a certain resistance to chemical corrosion, corrosion resistance in gasoline, oil is good.
(8) Low friction. Adding polymer material to Dacro coating, the friction coefficient of the workpiece is 0.06 ~ 0.12 after proper treatment, and 0.12 ~ 0.18 after general treatment, which can meet the needs of industry.
(9) The coating thickness is easy to control. Generally, the thickness of Dacro coating, second coating and second drying can be controlled between 6 ~ 8μm, when used for the surface anticorrosion treatment of fasteners, its matching accuracy can meet the accuracy of 6g/6H, there will be no phenomenon that hot galvanized fasteners are easy to destroy the coating in operation.(10) The coating hardness is low. The hardness of Dacrocoating itself is only 1~2H, coupled with its thin, Dacrocoating is not suitable for moving parts or use in high wear conditions.
Because of the above ten characteristics of Dacro coating, it is suitable for the surface coating of metal parts of electrical equipment.
